They came up with plans to prevent suicide and tackle climate change. Then on Day 4 of the reality TV challenge came a final twist.
A participant was told there was no way back after the final challenge.
For the last 12 hours, the men and women of “Big Brother” were tasked with solving the world’s biggest problems.
The Big Brother house has been up for grabs for years, with one lucky contestant getting first dibs.
But it was a special night for Ayrton James. He finally won the game.

Ayrton’s mother, Lisa, was overjoyed for her son.
“The only one who deserves it is my son,” she said.
“He fought really hard and got very upset, and he was very upset for about a couple of hours or so.”
She was also very happy when she saw the emotional Big Brother producers tell the housemates who were in the final six that night, including James and his friend, that they were going to have to nominate somebody else next time.
“It was really nice to see the producers,” Lisa said.
“You know, they always tell you that it’s going to be an emotional night.
“We were all happy to see that.”
But the tears didn’t last for long.
James, 22, was then asked to nominate another member of the house. He said he didn’t want to let anybody down.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” he told them.
“I feel like I let a lot of people down.”
He also said he was “really, really sad.”
But by the end of the night, James was in the Big Brother house.
Lisa said James was very much a family man, putting his two young nephews first.
“I don’t think that I would go to bed at night, unless it’s to get up and fix the house and make sure everything is alright,” she said.
